Blue and White color are the trademark of Santorini. Is such a amazing romantic island. It has perfect sea view, sunset view, beach, shopping, culture, food... Most suitable for people wanted something more than beach or sea view.
We fly into Athens, Greece before fly into Santorini. Then from Athens , we use Olympic Air to fly into Santorini. Before landed, look outside the airplane window! The view is more than amazing!
Once arrived at the airport. We got our rented car come to pick us up. Please Please rent a car in Santorini Island. It is so much convenient and the price is reasonable.

after check in to hotel - Oia Suites - u cant believe, the suite is so so so nice @ euro 136/nite that include daily breakfast sent to your room. check the photos below, the living room is separated with the bedroom, it make me feel like home:
ok..after wasting time checking the room - we go Fira to check out. N we found the magic food - bacon wrap -
noon is a bit hot, we decided to go back hotel to take power nap after Fira.
Highlights of the day - evening! - sunset at Oia. pls go to the castle and watch the sunset.

Next morning - lazy morning - start late morning and go to IMEROVIGLI.
Lunch :Anapi Restaurant - try the grilled sardines! You can have a good view of the port at Anapi Restaurant
Evening: Back to Oia to enjoy the sunset again!
Day 3 at Santorini - highlights of the day ~~~ Private Cruise!
We get the Oia Suite's receptionist to organize. She is super friendly and always recommend us the best food to eat and the best places to visit. Even u book online yourself , the price is the same. If ask her to book, she will make sure the they come to the hotel to pick up.
Is worth the money to take the euro 130 private cruise (less than 10pax) rather than the euro 32 cruise with 20-30pax.
What you have at the private cruise?? They serve free flow of wines and drinks+lunch (tasty local lunch with BBQ on the cruise)+ snacks. You have your privacy as there is more than enough open deck for you to lay and chill. You have more swimming time.
Day 5 - Fira & Beach and Oia again
I actually love Fira. I went back there few times. For the souvenir shops and food and the view!
The beach is ok only... I prefer to Redang Island's beach in Malaysia.
Day 6 - Back to Athens & then back to Malaysia on Day 7.
I dont blog much bout Athens as I only have 2 days at Athens and is more of a stopover for us. We
walk to the Acropolis to see the Parthenon, Monastiraki flea market and Syntagma Square. Athens is suprising not crowded at all.. mayb due to the current economy situation in Greece.
